часы special edition certified chronometer 100m/330ft

That is a horrific fake! Abandon all thoughts of purchase now! For starters, the model number you quote is this watch: How similar does that look one you've posted up? Next up, the sub dial at 6 o'clock in your picture is a 24 hour indicator as seen on el cheapo Chinese movements, left sub dial only goes up to 7 because it shows days of the week and by now what the right one says is irrelevant because it's a stinking pile of fakeness. It looks dodgy to me. The Breitling logo is an old one (can't remember the date) whereas the association with Bentley is relatively new (last few years).A quick google of Breitling A25362 brings up this page:

Emailed the guy and he said it was handed down to him from his father a couple of years ago and had no papers etc with it....hmmmm....will post pics of the back soon

I've done some research myself and I'm swinging towards a fake as it just doesn't feel right.

I've personally never heard of a square Bentley, I'm quite happy to be proven wrong though. I'd try to get a model ref to start with and see whether one actually exists. I'm no Breitling expert but I'd do a lot of research before spending money on it

Make sure it has all the paperwork?Make sure it came from an authorised dealer in the first place.

I haven't got a photo of the back as this is the only info I got from the sellar.I'll ask for a pic of the back as I know there are fakes around. What should I look for?

What do you guys make of this watch, do you think its real and what do you belive it might be worth second hand of course. It says on the back.Bentley Motors, Special Edition, Certified Chronometer, 100M/330ft, A25362 I bow to the superior knowledge of the PH watch elite
